Although our initial out of the box ideas for the Master Brand did not go through, we did create some specialized collateral for the City Hotels and Resorts and Spas segments of the group. This included: activity sheets, stickers, TV channel guide, valet card, welcome letter format, good night card etc.
The idea was to create collateral that could fit within one branded house so that we could capitalize on the uniformity of the Master Brand. This would help make printing and wastage more economical, while independently celebrating each hotel variant.
